Why does sometime, after pausing or changing a scene on a DVD , the voice doesnt follow the image?

nope.Sometime some are yeah.But sometime its original dvd's i am renting

Ok anyone tell me if i need to change something in my audio dvd options:

Dolby Digital >Bitstream(PCM is other choice)
DTS >Bitstream (Off is the other option)
Mpeg>Bitstream(pcm other option)
Sample freq > 48khz ( 96khz other option )
DRC >On( off other option)
Vocal >On( Off other option)
