why does one monitor have a horizontal scroll but the other doesn't?

I am viewing the same page on two different monitors, each set at 800 x 600. One of them has a horizontal scroll bar (a small scroll) but the other doesn't need the scroll bar to view the same page.

Any idea why this would be?
