No problems here. Just breezed through Rome as well, no problems getting the correct discs for both seasons.

Not that it justifies it, but there WAS one less day of service because of MLK day.

Netflix is awsome. Even Long Wait typically means tommorow or the day after :)

Consider yourself lucky! I've had Sicko and Ratatouille at the top of my queue for TWO MONTHS now, and Ratatouille just shipped yesterday. That's not very good considering that I have the two DVD at a time plan :(

i have mine on the 3rd day, always.

i dont get *brand new* releases immediately, a result of their throttling policy since im a heavy user of the service (i go through 3 a week, sometimes 5), but im not the type that actually cares *when* i see a movie and i keep a long list of titles lined up

ive used them for years and love their service.

Yeah, thats 2 days in the mail each way, and 1 day turn around. Netflix doesn't have enough power yet to make the mail go faster. I live right next to a processing center so I get mine back in 3 days. Very very rarely in two days.

A few of my friends have cancelled down in S. Florida due to getting discs that don't play and wrong discs recently.

I haven't had this problem since the very early days, circa 2001 or so.

However, I've heard of people who suspected they were getting throttled because they cycled their movies so fast (burning them). Would that apply to you?

Still a steady 2 days from mailing to new disc here, except when they ship some obscure title from another center. They don't process discs on the weekend so discs mailed Friday-Saturday take 3-4 days.

I  Netflix.

Since a few weeks ago, almost every remotely decent title is "Short Wait" or "Long Wait". Also, many times they don't ship out my new movies the same day they receive them back, which never happened before. And lastly, they keep getting shipped from different facilities that take longer, which was rarely the case before. What the heck happened?

Welcome to being Throttled.

When it happened to me I just waited a few weeks before sending back more than 1 at a time.

I doubt it, I've been using Netflix since '98 or '99 when they charged a fee for each disc you rented.

They should offer a high level service for people who want guaranteed check in and ship out. I don't care if its $5 or $10 extra.

It's really sucking. I've been a customer for about a year, averaging about 6-7 movies a month on the 2 out plan.

Now, the first twenty five on my queue are "Long Wait".

I really wanna see Eastern Promises and a couple of others. Based on recent experiences, I should get it shipped to me sometime in June.
