right so HERE are my specs.

i upgraded to a acer 19inch ws.
i ran sp2004 for 18 hours, no problems from my oc but i feel like its so damn slow alt+tabing but now that i think about it not even alt+tabbing just random switching of files/pages.


any adivce 🙁
 
Unless you loaded a monitor driver your system shouldn't slow down from that. Possibly you picked up some spy-ware or something along thos lines. I run AdAware and it catches any memory hogs you might have running. I would also run an Anti Virus program and have it search your entire drive.

Are you sure you didn't add any other software or drivers around the same time?
 
nah...sheck for spyware or virus thing etc, you've got a powerful card there to run that Acer WS, btw how's the acer ws? it's got dvi?
 
im running spy ware doctor and it got nothing, i ran avast aswell. i had it running now, for a bit and it seems a bit faster , but not back to its usual self
