it makes sense to print the last page first... then in the end everything will be in order.. unless yer printer puts out to the tray in the other way

It's collating the pages. Look in teh options/Print Preferences for unchecking Collate.
Happened to me a couple times, easy to fix (HP printer ?)

yeah, hp printer. I never thought about printing out last page first... it just felt weird to me because i'd been doing first page first since 1995 and suddenly it's changing, heh.

Under the Features tab of the Printer Properties, there should be an option that says: "Start Printing from Last Page". Uncheck it and hit apply.

Did you recently start using WindowsXP???

As far as I know, XP collates by default.

...at least WinXP Pro does!

I've been using XP for a couple of months, but usually I just hit "print" and left to goto the bathroom or organize my backup or something (usually 2 minutes before school). I just grabbed the papers and stuffed them in my backpack. Realized that it was printing backwards about a week ago, heh. I think I fixed it, i'll let u know when I print out my book report in a couple of hours :)
