Why does my OC'ed RAM slow down?? EDIT: Anyone?

When I set the timings up on my Kingston ValueRAM and boost the voltage to 2.6 after a day or so it slows down (or crashes) to the point where default settings run faster! And this was 2CAS, 1T CMD at 2.6v! Does it need more voltage? Any suggestions?

EDIT: The RAM was running at 266MHz to synch with my CPU so I thought 2.6v and a 66MHz loss would be enough. Go figure...

What other settings for the speed. ValueRAM is probably nominally 2.5-3-3-6-2T. If you're running it at 2-2-2-5-1T, you probably need to back down some of those settings, even with higher voltage.

I was only trying 2CAS, 4-Bank Interleave (which it supports) and 1T CMD. This dosent seem pushing it to me.
