Why does my Num Lock light stay on even after I power down?

Is this a bug with my MB or Win XP?

My rig:

Athlon XP1700 non OCed
Epox 8KHA+
256MB Kingston PC2100
GF3Ti200 OCed to 233/500
Win XP

I think it's the keyboard power on function

I get the same thing, same motherboard. I'm using Win2k w/a MS Internet Keyboard.

Probably just your Keyboard power on like was already mentioned. Should be able to unjumper it on the board or in BIOS.
