Ok, I've got a new D-Link 10/100 NIC card installed in my K7V/Athlon 700 system. The problem is that it causes my GeForce DDR to crash to desktop or freeze after a few seconds (running Win98SE)... if that long. Now, my system was running fine before I installed the NIC. I have no system conflicts and no shared IRQs. I have tried swapping PCI slots for the NIC and that hasn't helped either.
Why is my NIC killing my 3D? I just don't get it. The NIC works fine in my other system, so I know it's not defective.
