This is not how you do network troubleshooting. Just because it works fine on your 360 doesn't mean you don't have a cabling problem.
You could have a cabling problem, you could have a configuration problem, you can have any number of things going on but "well, it works with my 360" is nowhere near networking trouble shooting. You CAN'T apply learned troubleshooting techniques to networking. You CANNOT use process of elimination.
MUCH more information on EXACTLY what is plugged into what and with what cables is needed.
