Why does my Mushkin PC3200 512MB rams detects as PC2700 on my shuttle sn95g5

I have 2 sticks of PC3200 Mushkin Value Ram, any ideas why they are detected as PC2700 in the Bios?
And are these timings bad?

TCL 2.5 TRCD: 4 TRAS:7 TRP:4?


Is there an optimized BIOS guide for Shuttle SN95G5?
