why does my mouse stay lit up after i shut down my computer, have an epox 8hka +

just curious if it is a setting in the bios or what the deal is, but when the computer goes off the darn optical mouse stays lit up for some reason

anyone have any ideas ???

Other people have had this problem and I believe it is related to power management. I have also heard of the keyboard lights staying on. Try turning off all the power management and see if it goes off.

EPoX 8KHA+ supports using keyboard and mouse to turn computer. So, even with power off, the computer still provides 5V to keyboard and mouse.
