I am running a celeron 2 566 it overclocks pass 900mhz. I am useing Asus latest slotket and a Chaintech 6ATA4 mobo with VIA chipset.

When I set to default it comes up with 850mhz which is 100mhz FSB now when I set it to 101mhz FSB it starts at like 400 and goes to like 408mhz when I set the FSB to 102mhz.

What the hell is up with that? Any ideas? Why does it just drop to 400mhz when I set the FSB past 100?

Thanks

My guess is that the bios does not recognize the cpu properly, but if you benchmark it i'm sure
you'll find that it is performing in relation to the higher overclocked bus even though is says it is a lower speed cpu.
