I've noticed lately when I climb up the several flights of stairs to my car in the parking garage lately I get a pounding headache. It starts to subside once I stop climbing but will take about 10-15 minutes before it goes away.

Do I have a brain tumor?

your blood pressure goes up the higher up you go

you are lucky there weren't another 3-7 flights or your head would have popped off

Is the ceiling low and are you hitting your head with each step - if not I'm stumped and all out of ideas.

Your weight might be fine, but that doesnt matter. Your cardio fitness may be lagging far behind. It could be that you have poor Cardio fitness and as a result when you start doing physical activity their isnt the right amount of O2 delivered to your brain resulting in a headache. If the same thing happens when you go for a run this is probably the problem.
