Why does my dial-up connection disconnect everytime Outlook Express is finished checking my email??

Please help. This just started recently and I haven't done anything to have caused this problem. I have Outlook Express V4.72 if that makes any difference. As soon as it's finished checking my email accounts, the dial-up connection disconnects...everytime.

It's probably because you have the "hang up when finished" box check.

Go to TOOLS>>>OPTIONS>>>CONNECTION tab and uncheck the Hang up after sending and receiving box.
