this just started happening recently
it cant be a software problem since it froze once before windows even booted
asus probe readings are all ok
i ran disk error checking, so hard drive is ok
i thought it was the PS, but i replaced it and it was actually running ok for a little while but then after a few days started freezing again

asus deluxe 939 motherboard
athlon 64 3500+ 939 cpu
1.00GB of ram
windows xp pro sp2

which BIOS build do you have installed on your board? And, which brand or type of memory do you have installed? In which order do you have your PCI components installed?

The last BIOS update for that board is listed as June 6th. Is that what your board is using? If not, update it from here.

THe first PSU might have jacked up some parts, which is why the Antec appears to have the same results. RMA everything and make a backup of your hardrive
