update: ok its doing alittle better since i put some oil in it though it still idles low runs VERY rough and sounds louder than usual i looked at the the oil cap everything looks normal any other ideas???

My cast iron head blew the head gasket for the same reason. Do check the oil level, foaming and color to see if coolant is going in the crankcase. Mine was fixable cheap, and is still running (knock wood)!

ok i was just looking at it and i saw something a small "puddle" of oil in between the cylinders at the back of the engine under hoses and stuff i cant tell exactly where its coming from but what does it sound like??

If the 'puddle of oil' is below the valve cover, that's prolly just a leaky valve cover gasket. If you didn't find evidence of coolant in the oil, your next step is a shop with a leakdown tester.

A leakdown test will prolly run about an hour's labor....$$ depends on your shop's hourly rate 😉
