why does my bios cpu core say one thing but sisoft say another?

i set the core voltage for my xp 2100+ to 1.850...my bios screen says it's at 1.88. but sisoft says it's at 1.58. am i reading the wrong thing?

what mobo is it? some mobo's are known to undervolt but i dont think that drastically. Also it could be ur PSU rail, check in ur bios what it says that rail is at.

epox 8rda+. what rail am i supposed to look at? all i see on the first screen (black bios screen or whatever) is cpu core: 1.88
