I can't believe I couldn't google a single thing on this, but maybe I was searching wrong.
Anyway, I was restoring and jailbreaking an old iPhone for a girl at work and she asked if she could keep her music. I told her I'd just rip to Media Monkey and throw back on. Well, mediamonkey didn't like to keep it in its library so I did what I've done before and just sent to a folder.
But they all get 4 letter names.
Best part is that while mediamonkey couldn't restore the music back to the iPhone, iTunes did and not only that, but renamed all the music properly. (minus a few songs it said weren't legit)
Anybody know how that works???
