the last 6 times i have tried to get one (at 3 different stores) i have been told they didn't have any. Tonight, they actually took my money and then decided to tell me they didn't have any.

i just want a pie, is that so much to ask?

I tried buying a pair yesterday, but they were out. I asked the manager why they never have any, and he said that it takes about 8 minutes to cook a batch, and then someone comes and buys 10. :Q

Actually now they've started some cherry pies and also custard pies.

Stay away from them.... whenever they're out of apple, they'll try to peddle custard. It is GROSS! :disgust:

8? Wow. It took us 13 + 10 minutes cooling time (so that no moron sues us for their hot apple pie being hot).

Since we are talking about McDonalds apple pies, I must say that the old fried ones tasted a lot better than the baked ones. Anyone else agree?

The apple and cherry ones are quite tasty, the custard is sickenly sweet.

I know just about everything about McDonald's food procedure. Of all of the useless things to be good at, being good at working at McDonald's has to be on the top 10 list. At least I'll never be without a job. :p
