If we had a balanced budget, a lot more people would pay attention to politics.

See, I'd say the Patriot Act fundamentally transformed America more than anything Obama has done, but whatever floats your boat there chief.
Do you think Patriot Act is fully POTUS's merit? Do you think presidents rule the country?

Possibly for the future, but so far whose life has actually changed?

Do you think Patriot Act is fully POTUS's merit? Do you think presidents rule the country?
Isn't that true of most things though? Obama turning immigration policy 180 degrees from the law is completely on him, but the ACA is Congressionally passed legislation.
