Don't get me wrong, I have a MySpace too. It's in the ATOT Group (thanks Ryan). If you find it, my page has a link to my friendster. Click it and tell me whether I have 5 friends or 4 (lights?).
But MySpace is much better at staying up to date every time I get a new friend added. On Friday I sent a request to friend #5 (on Friendster). On Saturday it was approved. Since then, every time I've either logged in or simply looked at my page, my number of friends has varied between 4 and 5. What's up with that?
PSA: If you're here to express an opinion, in particular a dislike, for myspace/friendster/etc., I really don't give a damn
