Why does everyone insist on texting?

So im selling my xbox and some accessories on KSL classifieds and everyone who is interested texts me. Not that I mind texting that much but when they start to try and barter and make deals and ask what other stuff I have and ask my address and ask what condition stuff is in, It took me 30 texts and 2 hrs to sell a freaking controller to someone. It would have taken 2 minuets on the phone, but instead people would rather take all day trying to have a text conversation.

Texts are great for short bursts of information that don't require a conversation.

But if I wanted to buy something, I would call rather than text.

People don't have time to stop to have a conversation with someone. They just have time for short bursts of text.

If a text looks like it's going to require more than one response, my text response is "Call me." 80% of the time it turns out to be the right move. Just tell people to call you, or you call them in response.

Because you reply. Zebo does not reply to texts even though I have an iPhone on GPs. Why? If it's not important enough to call me don't fuck with me.

No one wants to talk to you.

I wish. 3 kids, baseball practice, football, etc 3 employees who are worser than kids.. do the incompetence. Sometimes I wish i never had a cell as they expect timely response. 9/10 Zebo turns off cell until I have to make a call or use it's light to open my boat slip and go fishing. Works well as a flashlight.

you call someone = they need to write down address
you text someone = address in phone = click on direct link to google maps (at least that's the way it is for me)
