Why does everyone in this "Off Topic" area argue?

Someone will post something, and someone else will argue with what they say. And in the end someone gets banned. <<<not all the time though.

I'd argue that there is probably some mechanism to store system rig information in an easily-linked location, preventing an absurdly long sig from defecating on every single post.
