Why does everyone in small towns seem to live in trailers?

Trailers are cheap and most small towns do not have any real major employers so the mean income is lower.....a simple matter of economics.

That's funny I live is a small town. My house is 2380 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great room and a loft. Nobody told me that I had to live in a trailer!
