Why does eBay lock up my router?

I have an iPAQ CP-2W router and for some reason eBay locks it up and I have to unplug-plug to reset it. It's the only site that does this.

Any ideas?
 
I have a friend who has the same problem with his Netgear router and an RCA Cable Modem with Comcast. Seems that they have an issue affecting several people.
