Why does dust keep getting into my electronics?

is there any way to clean dust from under screens
ie. cell phone lcd, digital camera lcd, ti calculator screen? I've tried everything i kno (air in a can) and can't seem to get rid of the dust from under the screens. I'd just wish that those electronics company would have made a better attempt at sealing the dust off.


So my question is whether there's any way to prevent it, and if not any way to clean it? The obvious answer to preventing to to get it away from dust but that's nearly impossible to do.
