Why does comcast suck so much

So I have Visual route 2007.

I test google.com

Some CS:S servers

and I get packet loss from the same 2 servers in NJ from comcast.

it ranges from 20%-40% packet loss.

Every one I talk to at comcast has no idea or say that cant do anything.

They are sending a tech over. But its not my house!!

They suck

god i hope att uverse is rolled out in my new place before college football season. i don't want comcrapst. warner is bad enough

i've read that that uverse is garbage..only can watch 1 HD channel, internet not that fast, lame DVR support..DirecTV FTW
 
All residential broadband sucks. Apparently Comcast is actually one of the better large-scale providers, even though they DO monitor your traffic and rat you out to RIAA.
 
I think I've said this before but everytime I think of comcast I think of the time I delivered 300+ dollars worth of pizza (that I had to help make and cook) 15 miles out of town to a convention they were having and they tipped me 0 dollars and were impatient and rude to me. There food was on time and there were no screw ups.
