why does ATF need so much maintenance?

none of the other forums (VB or not) need as much "maintenance" as ATF.
these aren't small forums either. i'm talking fatwallet, stormfront, carlounge, etc.

what's up with AT?

I just want to know why in the world it's scheduled on the weekend??? It seems to me the traffic would be much higher than say if they were to do it on like Tuesday night or something. People actually stay up late on weekends.

I've always scratched my head at it as well. Hell, even after the recent "move to the cloud," you'd think that all the "maintenance" would have been done during that downtime...but hell no...the forums still went down at their "regularly scheduled time."

What's wrong with Stormfront?

Are you against people being allowed to speak their opinions...even when you disagree with them?

It's easy to defend "free speech" when you agree with what's being said...it's more difficult when you hate what they're saying...

As someone who is half black and half white, I honestly have no problems with such a forum (even if I disagree with a lot of its points), however, I can only ponder why the OP would mention such a forum with such a topic, as even if it is a large VB forum, surely he knew mentioning it would be rather inflammatory :p

I know next to nothing about your beloved boomer. Just seems odd that he would defend this forum over someone mentioning that it is racist. No one said it needed to be shut down yet he acted like someone's freedom of speech was being stomped on.
