why does asus A7N266-E use the realtek NIC instead of the nforce NIC ?

it's still a mystery to me why the MSI nforce boards supposedly have ALL the features nforce is supposed to come with - while Asus A7N266-E has the builtin realtek network card solution ? WHY ????

(Btw the A7N266-E IS the 420D nforce, the other model is the 266N which does NOT have the nforce 5.1 soundsolution either...so the "-E" model is the better and more expensive one)

This is my personal opinion, I think that it's Asus' "We have to do it our own way." attitude. Who knows, I mean they're throwing out all the cost savings. Another reason that I dislike modern Asus boards
