99% of people buy computers because Geek Squad told them to. If everyone were so cold and robotic, we wouldn't have logos at all.

The most common color theme for rigs is red and black as well. But does it really matter? The CPU isn't red. The video card doesn't have to be stock. Actually, I would recommend AGAINST getting stock AMD cards with the exception of the 295X.
