Why do you not get my emails blackberry!

Idk why it sometimes happens, but I'll turn my phone on in the morning and I won't get any emails. Then, later in the day I'll get like 10 at once. Why does it do this? Is there a fix? It is so annoying...

I don't think it's your BB, sounds like it's your service. I don't recall my BB having a push email schedule like my Android does but perhaps different phones have different options. DBZ would probably know.

What service do you use? BlackBerry Internet Service(BIS) or BlackBerry Enterprise Server(BES) through your company?

If you use BIS, which email accounts do you have sync'd with your BB and when did you set them up?

What Carrier do you use?

Which BB do you have?

I use verizon curve, BIS I'm assuming since its just a personal phone.

I have an AOL email account and a school email.



The problem doesn't happen too often, but maybe every other week. Enough to be annoying. Maybe it is verizon's service? I think I've heard about other people having the same problem. I just find it a little hard to believe that verizon could let that happen. If I was using the phone for business I would be really pissed. But i guess they would argue that you should pay for the business service?
