I eat because it is hungry, but if you are talking about every meal that I eat, this is why I eat.
I eat about 5-6 meals a day, and I do them in 2.5-3.5 hour increments. I eat to prevent my body from eating away at my muscles, even if I don't feel hungry, i keep providing a source of energy for my body to consume so it doesn't go to my muscles. I'd rather over eat by a little, then starve for an hour or two.
