Threads load up pretty damn fast for me with quick launch and pipelining enabled.

Just my observation. Any explanation?

Do you have Mozilla in the quick launch? Are you using Firebird?

I'm using Mozilla 1.4. No, I don't have it in quick launch.

How do you enable pipelining?

Also, I'm using Proxomitron. Can that be slowing me up?

Quick launch deals with the time to load Mozilla. I don't think it affects the loading of pages.

It keeps Mozilla resident in memory. He didn't say if he was loading new pages or browsing.

Yes Proxomitron is NOT neeeded with firebird because it automatically blocks popups and other things. Go get firebird.
