why do they still make beige drives?

all my drives are beige except for my DVD Burner. My case is silver. so yea, I don't give a fvck.

I think they should just start shipping all non-OEM drives with multiple face plates.

personally, I prefer silver/aluminum, since it looks sleek in either a black or silver case.

just get a case that has a door that covers the drive...like this...

that way you can mix and match...once you shut the door, it won't really matter...

my pc on the left has a gray case, off beige lite DVD rom, black NEC 2510 DVD burner and silver card reader/usb/firewire thingey and black 3 1/2 floppy drive...
