Why do they have losers like Pink on SNL?

Do that many 15 y/o girls watch SNL? Does the MTV TRL crowd watch SNL? Is music so devoid of good musicians and bands that losers like Pink are considered good?

Well, SNL is devoid of good writers and comedians so I guess they want to match the same caliber of musicians.

Music whore=fap-tacular.

Fap-tacular music whore=RATINGS.

Imagine, 20 million 18-34 yr. old guys fappin' to some generic pop star, while your show gets ridiculous ratings, and they remember always to come back...For that 4 minute set, you are GOD.

Now, why SNL had Pink instead of someone GOOD is beyond me...but she's still kinda hot, so...
