Why do they bother giving you a straw with a Frosty from Wendy's?

I wonder? I got one last night as I was coming home and just out of curiousity, stuck the straw in it and tried to suck some of the Frosty through it. Heh.. What a joke. However.. I would like to meet a girl that could..

I like to mess with my kids and only give them the straw at first. As a treat I will grab them a frosty when we are at the mall and let them "suffer" while we walk around. When I notice it is getting easier and their faces aren't red like a tomato anymore I will offer them the sppon saying I forgot I had them! They make sure to grab a spoon now!
