The definition of metal has changed over the years.
These days, it's usually synonymous with "no talent". Just look at the singers at last years' Ozzfest. Crap, crap, and more crap. Even a chick lead singer, who electronically alters her voice so she sounds like a guy with no talent that screams at the top of his lungs, rather than a girl. (Opeth)
