There's a bunch of these regular Youtube channel/shows where they seem to all follow the same basic recipe. I'm sure you've seen them there's almost always a link to at least on of them on the main page for some featured video.
There's two dominant themes to this style:
1. Talk really fast and with a higher pitch than your normal voice, sort of like you are on speed (So just take speed before you hit record)
2. The more cuts you have the better. The ultimate goal would be a separate cut for each word that comes out of your mouth so the viewers see you like you are under a strobe light.
I kind of find it irritating personally...
