Wouldn't it save a ton of space in the massive AT Forums database if the mods systematically deleted threads that were double posts and/or stupid threads?
What's the point in simply locking them? I can see if you want to set an example or if someone will want to search for the thread later (i.e. the 1 = .99999999 thread) but for dumb threads, why not just delete?
