Why do the LED fans I bought blink instead of Glow?

I am just a little upset the 4 fans I purchased from SVCompucycle 3 blink and 1 glows like it is supposed to.
I ordered two red and 1 blue crystal led fans and 1 variable speed fan for the Thermaright AX-7. The reds and the variable speed fans blink alternatly and the blue fan glows which is what I wanted.
I asked them the question but they have not responded.
They did ship very quickly however. Everything was well packaged.

Anyone know how to fix this or just RMA the whole thing?

There is already a thread about this in the hot deals section, but the summary is that the constant glow is an mistake (according to SVC) and the blinking ones are the right ones.

Do they blink erratically? That looks kinda cheesy if they do... i think i could live with if they blink in a constant cycle... but i know you don't even want them to blink. i'd RMA if there was no restocking fee... if there is... i don't think it's worth the trouble unless you bought a bunch of them.

Wish I had seen that post and I did a search before posting. I may have 3 posts but hey I know better than most newbies.

Ha their mistake then as the Blue constant speed fan glows well and brightly bot the other blink in alternating patterns. Darn SVC if I had known you never would get the business price or no price now I have to buy 3 more fans. Darn and you know what I mean each and everyone of you.

Anybody have $20 for the bullets? :| See sig.

SVC used to be a nice dependable customers. Now, they even treat their return customers like sh*t...

I just ordered some LED fan from SVC a couple days ago. they already shipped my order. Hopefully they get everything right and the fans work ok.

Fans work fine but they blink I saw another place and they offer blinking or non-blinkinking. To bad SVC never said they blink. I might order from them again but then again there are lots of places that would email me back and offer something but. oh well SVC has just been splattered from my favorites.
