Why do stupid teenagers think calling people names helps?

I'm 17 and I just read a thread where someone was wrong. (most likely a teenager but no age posted, possibly one very stupid adult) Everyone told him he was wrong and he still didn't get it so he decides to use language and call people names? Are there honestly no teenagers besides me that don't feel that they must call everyone names when they are pointed out? So this is me ranting...

I don't feel I must, but often it seems necessary.

Not only teenagers do this, I know many adults who do.
People usally put others down to make them selfs feel better.

Lol, you knew this thread was gonna get jacked so fast. Well, if you didn't, you should've consulted me first 'cause I would've let you know.

no, just wonderin why people aren't civilized...

That's how many people are. The world sucks. Here's what you should take with you from this thread:
Educate yourself, get a good job (find your niche), so that you never have to deal with morons like them in your 'real' life :)
Also learn that  is good!
