Why do some people feel it is ok to make loud banging noises on a Sunday morning?

Just woke up from a 30-minute long banging marathon from my neighbor's workers nailing his fence with a hammer that echoed through the neighborhood 9am on a Sunday--what an asshole.

I walked over to my neigbhor trying told him that some people would like to catch up with their sleep on a Sunday especially for those who work long hours. He looked like he didn't give a shit while I was telling him this-- what a motherfker.

I think whether you are asleep or not, no one like to hear banging hammers on a Sunday morning.
 
Had a wonderful neighbor like that before. He loved to grind down his pool, all the goddamn time. Pretty sure he grinded it more than he swam in it. Then its time for the twice weekly pressure washing of his deck. There will be a special place in hell for people like this.

Some people spend all Saturday night playing loud music and yelling so they end up being grumpy gophers on Sunday morning. Screw em, we got work to do. Nothing like the sound of a sawzall on sheet metal to wake ya up!

I also hate those bitches who yell out loud in the middle of the night, or rip up their car stereo at night. If you want to be loud, stay in your house! Freedom is good, but how about a little mutual respect.

I don't see anything wrong with it if he's doing it on his own property and it's not ridiculously late at night. If the noise really bothers you then maybe just get up, if you're tired, then you can just sleep through it.

I see the problem, you're not fit to live amongst the rest of us. You're going to have to move out to BFE, because the rest of the world isn't the problem, you are.
 
Honestly, I feel your pain.. but if I was scheduled to begin fence work at 9am on a Sunday, I would begin the fence work at 9am on a Sunday.

If you don't like it, perhaps you should move to where there is more than 10 feet between you and the next house.

What the hell... A little mutual respect is all I ask. Isn't it reasonable that a person should be able to enjoy their personal freedom without sacrificing anothers? or vice versa?

Of course. But 9am IS an acceptable time. 6am, however, isn't.

OK. There is no need to be a bitch. There are time I work late, play games late, or party at a friends house late. But I never bring my shit outside so that other people have to stay up with me.

9am is a reasonable time to start making noise on a weekend.

Most people will usually be asleep by 10pm-1am which means that most people wake up between 6-9am.

It's not the world's problem if you like to party and stay up until 4 and wanna sleep till noon.

<--- stayed up till 4am last night and didn't get much sleep 🙁
