Why do some people allow soapboxing?

Reading my own threads, I definitely wouldn't read them if they came from someone else. Just don't care that much. My friends say I'm an asshole. I tell them it's nothing personal, I simply just don't care that much.

If you don't care about other people's problems, cease to post in L&R. Even if you cared just enough to post bad advice, it would be better than making threads about how you don't care (which you obviously care enough to let us know).

I've always found the fact they call it "black ice" incredibly racist. Same with "Africanized Killer Bees". It is like they are going out of their way to associate negative things with being black.
