He had aphasia and congestive heart failure. Both of his parents practiced medicine. So he was born smarter than most presidents for sure, yet a sienna study said something like his IQ was lower than all the other presidents' IQ.
He was an ESFP after all, and all ESFPs are born smart; all women who can give birth to SPs are smart too. Bill Clinton is an ESFP and he was maybe even smarter than Al Gore (Clinton would've beat Bush simply because Clinton knew who to trust while Al Gore trusted himself most and refused help). Harding was a lot more competent than ISTJs Coolidge and Hoover and probably smarter than the ESTJ FDR who was always said to be kind of smart, but not really smart (according to Educator Endicott Peabody and Oliver Wendell Holmes). Like I am, FDR was a naturally gray/melancholic personality and just like all presidents who quasi-order some of their subjects killed under "the guise of fighting a foreign enemy" (as James Madison pointed out). The ~90% democratic James Madison warned "It is a universal truth that the loss of liberty at home is to be charged to the provisions against danger, real or pretended, from abroad."
