just curious

lot of people I have talked seem to feel that way.I also get this impression from quite a few threads/posts on here

is it the prices? (i for one think its worth it, given what the state has to offer, but that is just me)

I love California, after I'm done with school i want to move back to the west coast, either seattle or NorCal

Because they're rednecks who think that everyone who cares about the environment is a communist and everyone who supports gay-rights is some kind of anti-god demon worshipper.

Or it could be the elistist @ssholes with superiority complexes.

If Hollywood didn't exist or existed in another state, then I would probably like Cali.

Because their elected Federal representatives would be more than happy to drag the nation into the Socialist paradise they are attempting to create.

I have lived in CA my whole life, and I love it here! Hope to spend the rest of my life and die here as well 🙂

Hey! I work in Hollywood. If it wasn't for Hollywood, a lot of people would be out of work.

OMG RU t3h REAL NEO?

I lived in San Jose California for 40 years and moved to Iowa in 95. I will never move back there, too much traffic too many people that are in too much of a hurry. The whole state is kind of reflected by San Francisco and Berkley, Nuts on one side of the bay and Fruits on the other.

you dont like movies at all?

No, he doesn't like Hollywood's influence and politics.

While I don?t care for their politics either, I consider it a necessary evil since I depend on them economically as well.

Seems like the folks in California generally have an open mind, and are open to change. The bible-belt states population generally don't like change. People who disagree on things sometimes don't like each other. I have lived near or worked in Chicago my entire life, and the folks around here don't have any ill feelings toward California, other than they don't have winter there :|
