Why do season passes for Ski resorts cost so much more than theme parks?

They are both open seasonal, they both have rides, employees, and rip off food, then how come it costs $300 for a ski resort but $50 for a theme park?

Because people will pay it.

Plus, think about how many times you'll use each season pass.

Ski, up to 30-90 days / year if you are an avid skiier.

Theme park = 3-6 times
