P2P is lovely.
I tend not to download anything illegal, with the exception of some old TV shows that I can't get hold of otherwise(yeah, sue me), and pretty much the only game I play is WoW so I don't feel a need to pirate(or buy) other games 🙂

I do love Direct Connect though, every damn thing I download I get from there, I just get the filename from whatever site is hosting it, then I pull it from DC since I can typically get an order of magnitude faster speeds from DC than I get from any site.

Most hosting sites suck ass to be honest, commercial or otherwise.

Yup, if I see a file is hosted by some crap like fileplanet I'll look for another copy somewhere and if I can't find one I just won't download it.
