Yes they have, but why would you want fuel cut off at throttle close on a race car? The throttle is closed for an instant if it's even fully closed at all. It's not like they're coasting and want to save on gas.

Exactly, my S4 makes the noise on up-shift and it never ceases to put a smile on my face.
