Why do people like 24?

I feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack when I watch that show.

Seriously, and that show The Office... what is it with high-stress TV shows recently?

Does Jack ever get weary of saving the world every day and having everyone hate him and falsely accuse him of crap constantly.

You would think one day he would wake up and call in sick, tell them to bite it.
 
I used to like 24 .... its all my girlfriend and I used to watch. Now than we broke up, I can't even think about it anymore.

I watched it twice and couldn't get into it. It's not that great.
Though I would say it is one of the best shows on network TV.
But that is like saying "this is the best piece of sh!t in this steaming pile of sh!t logs".
 
It's a great show but it drags at times espeically near the end. During the exciting hours it's like watching a feature length movie in the theater (almost). It just absorbs you in. Don't think just watch! And Jack is at least a decent character that doesn't do the 'right' thing all the time.
 
Its good because the storylines, though they can be ridiculous, keep you on the edge of your seat. The directing is good and the show is very intense. The quality of it is on par with many big budget movies. The action is good and it can be emotional at times.
 
I've seen every episode, but what really pisses me off about it is that almost everyone on that show is bitchy, be they male or female. Chloe especially...I hope she dies a horrible death.
