A man with an IQ like his shouldn't be allowed in government. That's why i hate him. Because he's stupid, and he barinwashes people.

To be fair, a lot of his supporters were brainwashed before Bush took office.

How did disagreeing with his policies or how he became president turn into "hating Bush"? I think that "Bush hater" thing is a strategy the Republicans and conservatives use to negate reasonable and legitimate criticism of Bush's policies.

Hate is too powerful a word. It?s not really a personal thing; I simply don?t trust his administration.
1. Because he has completely mishandled and botched U.S. international affairs, with the most egregious outrage being the attack on Iraq for seemingly nefarious purposes (where are the WMDs?). His admin has alienated governments around the Globe, destroying our credibility in the process.

2. Because he has completely mishandled and botched Domestic affairs, including giving tax cuts to the wealthiest Americans, shifting more and more jobs overseas to the detriment of our own economy and sending deficits into the stratosphere after inheriting a strong economy. His admin has shoved through draconian measures (Patriot Act) under the pretense of keeping Americans ?safe?.

3. In typical fundamentalist fashion, Bush considers the ultra right wing religious establishment to be the backbone of society rather than the intellectual and scientific communities.

4. He can't speak American English in any but the basest manner.

I?ll think of more later maybe.

I cannot stand ideologues who surround themselves with yes-men and dissuade debate and create policy in secret in conjunction with special interests.

It's not hate.
Most of us have to live with our mistakes, and we pay dearly for them. On the other hand, someone fries his brain with "whatever", the shame and guilt drives him to religion (which is fine) and then, because he is "connected" he runs the free world. He is apparently not capable of discerning the motives of those he has chosen as cabinet members and staff, many of which have a personal agenda that supercedes service. He is under control of the right side of the republican party and owes them for his position, and they don't let him forget it. And he is resented for working "God" and "flag" into his language so that everything done remains unquestioned by large masses of people.

we don't like liars. he divides, not unites by all his actions. he's changed his position on so many of his campaign positions. he's unelected. his tactics for election are beyond dirty and dishonest.

Not at all.

I do believe in reading, though, and the truth about this administration's workings has been coming out for months now.

I don't hate him, I think he was a poor choice to be president. He comes from a privileged background which puts him far out of touch with the average American. He's never had to work for a living. He projects what alot of people see as a smug attitude, which is offensive, and he is obviously not an intellectual. He relies too much on advisors with narrow viewpoints for policy-making. If this was 1904 I doubt he could do much damage, but in today's complex world it seems obvious to many his approach to problems is over-simplistic and he's in over his head.

Unfortunately the only other realistic choice we have at the moment is Kerry. Should we let the current wanker continue to srew the pooch or should we let the other wanker have a go at the bitch?

His meager intellect has disgraced the station of President - foreign diplomats often have a better working knowledge of English than he does. That alone should make every US citizen steaming mad.
Add to it he is a pawn of the corporations and the christian right and you have a walking, talking mockery of the Presidency.

Having a Republican-controlled Congress will temper any costly social programs Kerry may want to enact.

I believe Kerry is already moving in that direction. Bringing diplomacy and fiscal responsibility back to the table is far more impressive than unjustified invasions of other countries funded by deficit spending.

I don't hate Bush, only the prinicple of overreaction to criticism of the current Administration and labelling it Bush hating.

Oh and I hate the whole idea of keeping so many things secret and the extreme arrogance displayed by some members of the administration, for example by refusing to testify under oath about the biggest attack on our soil and only testifying if a certain other member was present. What kind of attitude is that? This is a government that is supposed to serve the people, not make a mockery of official investigations and turn it into a schoolyard clubhouse.
